1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and participation in any training or masterclass provided by Ad Punctum ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By purchasing and accessing any of our trainings or masterclasses, you agree to abide by these Terms.

2. Purchase and Payment

Trainings and masterclasses are available for purchase through our website. Payment must be made in full before access is granted. All prices are listed in euros (€) and may be subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time; however, changes will not affect purchases already completed.

3. Access and Use

Upon successful payment, you will receive access credentials for the training or masterclass. Access to course materials is granted for personal use only and is non-transferable. You may not share, distribute, or resell any training or masterclass content in any form. We reserve the right to revoke access without refund if these Terms are violated.

4. Technical Requirements

Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and compatible devices to access the trainings or masterclasses. We are not liable for technical issues caused by user-end devices, software, or connectivity problems.

5. Refunds Due to Technical Malfunction

If you are unable to access the content due to a technical issue on our end, you are entitled to a full refund.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 30 days before the start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between 30 and 7 days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are non-refundable. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@adpunctum.be along with proof of purchase. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days.

7. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to providing a high-quality learning experience. If you are not satisfied with the course content, you may request a full refund within 72 hours of course completion. To qualify for a refund, you must have attended all sessions, and have actively participated in discussions and exercises, and submit your request in writing, including a brief explanation of your concerns. Refund requests must be sent to info@adpunctum.be and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided in the masterclass are the intellectual property of Ad Punctum and are protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the masterclass without prior written consent. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property—including but not limited to content, trademarks, and materials—is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our trainings and masterclasses are designed to provide educational content but do not guarantee specific results. We are not liable for any business or personal decisions made based on the content of our programs. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ad Punctum shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from participation in our trainings or masterclasses.

Your personal information is collected and processed only for the purpose of providing access to the masterclass, handling transactions, or communicating relevant updates. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued participation in our trainings or masterclasses constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Belgian and EU law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in Belgian courts.
