Why I got into consulting?
I spent 30 fabulous years in the Air Force as a pilot and leader, before starting Ad Punctum. Throughout my career, I have always loved sharing knowledge and coaching others. It is this passion that led me to start Ad Punctum in 2023, with the goal of helping the next generation of leaders.
The role of a leader in an organization can not be overstated. He sets the tone, shapes the vision, motivates his team, and keeps them accountable. And all of this needs to happen from day one on the job. No time to loiter, you have to hit the ground running.
All our workshops, mentoring programs, or keynote speeches are based on real life experiences, a Master in Strategic studies, and a lot of contemplation, mostly looking back at our leadership accomplishments and failures. At Ad Punctum, we don't pontificate, because we know what it means to be in the trenches.
