Workshop tailored to junior operational leaders who are taking on their first steps leading a team. We'll delve into follow topics:

Credibility and Respect. A leader will only gain followers by being credible and respectful. Leaders can only achieved this by being knowledgeable, by aligning their actions with their words, and by treating all team members with respect.

Having the team on board. Inclusive leadership is required to foster commitment and engagement, it involves engaging the team in the decision-making process.

Trust and the ability to delegate. Leaders must learn to trust their team members and encourage autonomy and responsibility. Delegation also entails empowering others to take ownership of their work.

Praise, honesty, and accountability. Genuine appreciation reinforces positive behaviors and fosters a culture of continuous improvement. Simultaneously, honesty in communication, builds trust and transparency within the team. Finally, holding oneself and team members accountable cultivates a culture of ownership.

Workshop "Strategic leadership"

Workshop tailored to senior strategic leaders needing to implement large organizational changes. Some topics we propose to unpack are:

Importance of a "just" culture of accountability. Consistent innovation within an organization can only be attained when employees are empowered to take initiative and where mistakes are, to some degree, accepted. This can only be achieved in a organization that knows how approach accountability adequately.

Implementing organizational changes and it's associated strategic communication. Implementing large organizational changes poses many challenges and strategic communication plays a pivotal role in its success or failure. Implementing large-scale changes involve a significant time commitment, and the challenge lies in sustaining momentum and enthusiasm among employees throughout the process. Additionally, balancing optimism with realism with regards to expectations and in communication is crucial.
