Ensure a seamless transition into leadership roles

Target audience

Designed to rapidly enhancement leadership skills by providing either a solid leadership foundation or by brushing up known, but maybe forgotten, leadership skills. Approach is tailored to the needs and aspirations of the individual. Mentoring is available in English, Dutch or French.

Group size & duration

One-on-one mentoring, however this tailored approach can be extended to 2 to 3 individuals, thereby still ensuring that each participant receives a focused and individualized coaching experience while benefiting from the sharing of experiences between the participants.

 

Program starts with an, in-person, 30 minutes intake session, to assess the needs of the participant. Afterwards, two 90-minute initial mentoring sessions are scheduled, which can be live or through video-teleconference. Thereafter, a monthly follow up session is planned for a duration of 6 months. Additionally, one ad hoc on-demand support, through video teleconferencing is included per month.

Content

Content is tailored to the individual. The initial mentoring will ensure the  participant masters the leadership fundamentals, while the monthly follow-up sessions will empower the participant throughout his journey as a leader and help him with real-world challenges or roadblocks. The mentor remains available for on-demand support throughout the mentoring period.
