Day 1 - Command
Day One is all about you. We focus on setting a solid leadership foundation. You will gain clarity on what it means to lead beyond expertise, you will fine tune your core leadership skills, and you will understand the mindset shifts required to lead strategically.
Day 2 - Connect
Day Two is about your impact. We dive into how to influence others, communicate with clarity, and build trust. You’ll learn how to lead teams with confidence, handle resistance, and create alignment. We focus on practical tools to drive meaningful results.
Day 3 - Sustain
Day three is about your future, it is about being able to sustain your leadership in the long run. On this final day, we focus on building the habits, mindset, and support systems that help you lead with energy and resilience over the long haul.

With over two decades of experience as a fighter pilot, military leader, and executive mentor, I know what it takes to move beyond technical expertise and lead with clarity, resilience, and impact.
