Program
Sept 8th: Command. You as a leader. Mindset shift, your role, leadership styles, decision-making tools, coping with pressure and uncertainty.
Sept 15th: Connect! How you lead others, understand team dynamics, communication tools, how to build trust, manage conflict, give feedback.
Sept 22th: Sustain! How you last, learn to delegate, manage stress, building a peer networks, and leading with resilience.
Sept 29th: Influence! How you extend your reach across the organisation, shape culture, and build accountability. Built-in continuity. A follow-up session one month after the masterclass lets you bring real-world challenges back to the group and deepen what you've learned.
