Leadership requires a different mindset, different tools, and the confidence to operate beyond your domain of mastery. This masterclass is built for that transition.
Over four focused sessions, each 3 hours, we'll work through the core challenges of functional leadership in a small group of 6 to 12 peers. Small enough for real conversations. Large enough to learn from others walking the same path.
Day 1 - Command: You as a leader. Mindset shift, your role, leadership styles, decision-making tools, coping with pressure and uncertainty.
Day 2 - Connect: How you lead others, understand team dynamics, communication tools, how to build trust, manage conflict, give feedback.
Day 3 - Sustain: How you last, learn to delegate, manage stress, building a peer networks, and leading with resilience.
Day 4 - Influence: How you extend your reach across the organisation, shape culture, and build accountability.
Built-in continuity. A follow-up session one month after the masterclass lets you bring real-world challenges back to the group and deepen what you've learned.
